Chunchu Ichu Inti Simiyoq.- A traditional Q'ero design, this symbolizes the mythical Chunchu beast of the Amazon forests, an important figure in Q'ero folklore and culture. It is hand woven in three vibrant, naturally dyed colors with diagonal lines forming a V on the top, an inverted V on the bottom and in the middle, the Ichu Inti pattern.
Inti Chili.- The sun portrayed in this design (known as Itni in Quechua) is a deity revered by the Incas, and still remains of great importance in the traditions of the Q'ero community.
Chili.- The intricate zig-zaging lines of this pattern represent the famed Inca roads which stretched throughout its empire. This design is hand woven in three naturally dyed colors.
