Kachin Tribal Skirt from Myanmar
Kachin Tribal skirt from Myanmar. It is woven with orchid thread cotton and dye with natural medicinal and colorful rhizomes. This skirt is over 50 years old. These were worn by higher ranking wives normlly during celebrations and special occasions. The skirt is 4'6"X 72" long. The skirt is over 50 years old. It is in exceptional condition and the colors are vibrant with no fading.
